Project Worker

Project Worker Full Time Shift-Based Role We are looking for a compassionate and proactive Project Worker to support vulnerable individuals within a supported housing environment. You will play a key role in helping clients achieve their goals, maintain their tenancy, access relevant services, and move towards greater independence. Key Responsibilities Provide person-centred support, advice and guidance to clients with a range of support needs. Complete assessments, support plans, risk assessments and case reviews. Build positive relationships with clients, encouraging engagement and personal development. Liaise with statutory and voluntary agencies to ensure clients access appropriate services. Support clients with benefits, housing applications, appointments and move-on plans. Respond to incidents, manage challenging situations and provide crisis intervention where required. Assist with the day-to-day running of the service, ensuring a safe, clean and welcoming environment. Maintain accurate records and complete administrative tasks in line with policies and procedures. Conduct health and safety checks, property inspections and report maintenance issues. About You Experience supporting vulnerable individuals or those with complex needs. Understanding of homelessness, housing support, mental health or related social issues. Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
