This is a vital overnight role where you will provide a calm, compassionate presence while ensuring the service remains safe, secure and welcoming for everyone.You will support residents in a way that builds confidence and independence, respects individual choices, and helps people feel included and valued. Working closely with colleagues, you will contribute to a supportive team culture and respond calmly to situations as they arise.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide overnight support to residents, promoting safety, wellbeing and independenceOffer reassurance, guidance and emotional support with empathy and respectRespond confidently and calmly to incidents, emergencies or crisesCommunicate effectively in ways that meet individual needsWork collaboratively with colleagues to maintain a positive, inclusive environmentAdminister medication where requiredMaintain accurate records and report concerns promptlyEnsure the safety and security of the building throughout the nightYou will bring strong communication skills, a flexible and positive approach, and a genuine commitment to supporting others.
