This is an excellent opportunity to take ownership of projects and play a key role in delivering high-quality schemes across Cheshire and the surrounding region.The RoleYou will be responsible for the commercial management of fit-out and refurbishment projects, typically ranging in value from 500k to 10m. The role offers a mix of site-based work and regional project involvement, providing both variety and autonomy.As a Project Quantity Surveyor, you will take a lead role in managing project finances, ensuring costs are controlled while maintaining quality and programme objectives.Key responsibilities include:Full commercial responsibility from project inception through to final accountProcurement and management of subcontractor and supplier packagesPreparation and submission of valuations, variations, and cost reportsBudget monitoring, forecasting, and financial reportingContract administration and risk managementBuilding strong relationships with clients, project teams, and subcontractorsAbout YouProven experience as a Quantity Surveyor within the fit-out and refurbishment sectorAbility to manage projects independently within the 500k - 10m rangeStrong commercial acumen and negotiation skillsExcellent ..... full job details .....
