Assistant Quantity Surveyor

They are committed to improving delivery efficiency while creating lasting social, economic, and environmental value.They are now seeking an Assistant Quantity Surveyor to join their growing commercial team and support the successful delivery of live projects across the business.As an Assistant Quantity Surveyor, you will work closely with the Quantity Surveyor and wider project teams to support the commercial management of projects from inception through to final account.This is a hands-on position offering exposure across all stages of project delivery, including both pre- and post-contract activities. You will gain valuable experience within a fast-paced, supportive environment, with clear opportunities for career development.Key ResponsibilitiesAssist in the preparation and issue of subcontract tender packages in accordance with project requirements and contractual obligationsSupport the evaluation of subcontractor tender submissionsAttend internal and external meetings, including pre- and post-contract discussionsAssist in the preparation and administration of subcontract orders, ensuring accurate documentation and record keepingSupport the management of subcontract accounts, including valuations, remeasurement, and payment processingAssist in identifying, valuing, and agreeing variationsCarry out quantity take-offs ..... full job details .....
