A long standing Quantity Surveying practice, with are highly regarding in the industry are now looking for a strong Assistant Quantity Surveyor or new to be Project Quantity Surveyor to join their Surrey based team.The Quantity Surveyors will be joining at a crucial time of growth as the business have just entered two new sectors.The Quantity Surveyors will be hybrid working, with the office being on the Surrey boarders. Closest junction is 9 on the M25. The Quantity Surveyor''s Role With great support from the key Directors, the new Quantity Surveyors will be working across a mixed portfolio including Healthcare, Education and Residential.Project values will range between £1M - £45M.Key duties such as feasibility studies, cost plans, tender support and then taking all projects through to final accounts.Full APC support is provided, with a large encouragement to become MRICS.
