This is a fantastic opportunity to join a busy and fast-paced project, delivering high-quality results on a significant scheme.The Role As Project Manager, you will take full responsibility for the successful delivery of a large-scale internal refurbishment, ensuring works are completed safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.You will be reporting directly into the Contracts Manager and Quantity Surveyor, working collaboratively to drive project performance and client satisfaction.Key Responsibilities Oversee day-to-day site operations and programme deliveryManage subcontractors, suppliers, and site teamsEnsure compliance with all health and safety regulationsMonitor progress against programme and report regularlyCoordinate with stakeholders to resolve issues and maintain workflowMaintain quality standards throughout the project lifecycleControl costs and support commercial reporting alongside QS Requirements Proven experience as a Project Manager on large-scale refurbishment or retail fit-out projectsStrong background delivering projects in live or fast-paced environmentsSMSTS (Site Management Safety Training Scheme) essentialFirst Aid at Work qualification essentialExcellent ..... full job details .....
