This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Project Manager to take responsibility for delivering a varied construction programme from start to completion.The RoleAs Project Manager, you will be responsible for the successful delivery of the schemes, ensuring projects are completed safely, on programme, and to the required quality standards.You will oversee subcontractors and site teams, coordinate project activities, manage progress, and maintain strong communication with the client and wider project team.RequirementsCandidates will need to hold the following: SMSTSAsbestos AwarenessFirst AidTemporary Works qualification/awarenessCSCSProven experience working as a Project Manager on construction projectsStrong programme, subcontractor and client management skillsExcellent health and safety and quality awareness Project Details Two schemes being delivered on the same estateClient-owned land19 units in total2 new-build unitsNew veterinary hospitalNew nurseryProject value between £500k and ..... full job details .....
