For this company it''s all about the personal touch and that''s why all their business is repeat. Specifically they work in commercial fit-out sectors including: warehouses, offices and education. Working for end-users, surveyors and consultancies. They have a nucleus in the Midlands with occasional project further afield. It''s a very relaxed environment to work in and you will have autonomy to fulfil the role detailed below. The RoleProjects are all full turnkey commercial fit-outs; ranging in value from 5k - 3m. You role would be managing multiple concurrent projects from cradle to grave. You would be required to support in estimating, procurement, scoping and surveying sites, client liaison, project delivery through to handover and aftercare. General duties will include:Attend project tender interviewsProduce tender documentation such as tender programmes and method statementsReview and comment on Contract documentationProduce project protocol documentationArrange and chair internal project kick off meetings ensuring all aspects of the business are briefed on the details of the projectProduction of Construction Phase PlanArrange and chair subcontractor and client meetingsRecord meeting minutesBriefing of CAD and production teams to ensure drawings are produced to specification and ..... full job details .....
