The Project Manager also drives continuous improvement, ensures accurate reporting, and maintains governance over safety, compliance, and data integrity within CRM (Customer Relationship Management) and HRIS (Human Resources Information System) platforms.

A critical aspect of this role is ensuring that all TIC Electrical activities adhere to ISO standards, including ISO 9001 (Quality Management), ISO 14001 (Environmental Management), and ISO 45001 (Occupational Health & Safety), embedding best practices and maintaining certification compliance across all projects.

Compliance & ISO Governance

Ensure all electrical TIC projects comply with statutory regulations, industry standards, and client specifications.

Maintain governance over health and safety practices, including confined space and electrical safety protocols.

Embed ISO standards (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001) into project delivery processes and documentation.

Prepare for and support internal and external audits to maintain ISO certification.

Data Management & Reporting

Maintain accurate project data within CRM systems for client communication, forecasting, and reporting.

Ensure workforce compliance and training records are up to date in HRIS.

Prepare detailed project reports for senior leadership, including KPIs, financial performance, and risk assessments.

Client Engagement & Relationship Management

Act as the primary point of contact for clients on all TIC Electrical projects.

Communicate project updates, resolve queries, and ensure client satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.

Continuous Improvement

Identify opportunities to improve project delivery processes and reduce operational costs.

Implement best practices and innovative solutions to enhance efficiency and quality.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

Project Delivery: 95% of TIC Electrical projects completed on time and within budget.

ISO Compliance: 100% adherence to ISO 9001 (Quality Management), ISO 14001 (Environmental Management), and ISO 45001 (Occupational Health & Safety) standards across all projects.

Audit Performance: Achieve a minimum of 95% compliance score in internal and external audits related to ISO standards.
