This role provides departmental leadership, managing a team of electrical engineers and technicians, and acting as the key point of accountability for project execution, resource allocation, and client communication.Unlike a traditional operations role, this position is project-focused, requiring strong organizational skills, technical expertise, and leadership capability to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. The Project Manager also drives continuous improvement, ensures accurate reporting, and maintains governance over safety, compliance, and data integrity within CRM (Customer Relationship Management) and HRIS (Human Resources Information System) platforms.A critical aspect of this role is ensuring that all TIC Electrical activities adhere to ISO standards, including ISO 9001 (Quality Management), ISO 14001 (Environmental Management), and ISO 45001 (Occupational Health and Safety), embedding best practices and maintaining certification compliance across all ..... full job details .....
