OverviewAn established interior fit-out and bespoke joinery specialist is seeking an experienced Project Manager to deliver high-quality projects across the retail, commercial, and hospitality sectors.This is a fast-paced role suited to someone who thrives in a detail-driven environment, managing multiple projects from inception through to completion while maintaining exceptional standards of quality and client satisfaction.Key ResponsibilitiesManage interior fit-out and refurbishment projects from pre-construction through to final handoverTake full responsibility for project delivery, ensuring programmes are met and projects are completed on timeCoordinate internal teams including design, commercial, and manufacturing/joinery divisionsOversee subcontractors and site teams to ensure quality, safety, and efficiency on siteMonitor budgets, track costs, and support commercial performance alongside the Quantity Surveying teamEnsure compliance with all health and safety regulations and company proceduresBuild and maintain strong client relationships, acting as the main point of contact throughout the project lifecycleLead project meetings, reporting, and progress updatesIdentify risks early and implement effective solutions to keep projects on trackRequirementsProven experience as a Project Manager within interiors, fit-out, or constructionStrong track record delivering projects within retail, commercial, or hospitality sectorsAbility to manage multiple fast-track projects ..... full job details .....
