Project Manager

Overview

An established interior fit-out and bespoke joinery specialist is seeking an experienced Project Manager to deliver high-quality projects across the retail, commercial, and hospitality sectors.

This is a fast-paced role suited to someone who thrives in a detail-driven environment, managing multiple projects from inception through to completion while maintaining exceptional standards of quality and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage interior fit-out and refurbishment projects from pre-construction through to final handover
• Take full responsibility for project delivery, ensuring programmes are met and projects are completed on time
• Coordinate internal teams including design, commercial, and manufacturing/joinery divisions
• Oversee subcontractors and site teams to ensure quality, safety, and efficiency on site
• Monitor budgets, track costs, and support commercial performance alongside the Quantity Surveying team
• Ensure compliance with all health & safety regulations and company procedures
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as the main point of contact throughout the project lifecycle
• Lead project meetings, reporting, and progress updates
• Identify risks early and implement effective solutions to keep projects on track

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Project Manager within interiors, fit-out, or construction
• Strong track record delivering projects within retail, commercial, or hospitality sectors
• Ability to manage multiple fast-track projects simultaneously
• Excellent organisational and leadership skills
• Strong communication skills with both clients and internal teams
• Commercial awareness and experience working alongside cost control teams
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and project planning tools
• Ideally have managed high quality projects up to the value of -7m
• Full UK driving licence
