Job Title: Project ManagerIndustry: Commercial Fit-Out and RefurbishmentLocation: Warwickshire (Midlands Travel) Salary: 40,000 - 50,000 + Car Allowance + Bonus Role OverviewWe are seeking a driven, dynamic Project Manager to oversee multiple commercial fit-out and refurbishment projects, typically up to 750k in value. This role is fast-paced and varied, combining both traditional project delivery and small works/FM-style projects requiring quick turnaround and sharp decision-making. You will be responsible for managing 2-4 projects simultaneously, ensuring they are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Working closely with an established commercial team, you will take projects from handover through to successful completion.
