This is an opportunity for an experienced Project Manager with a strong civil engineering and construction background to take ownership of high-profile infrastructure schemes, working alongside industry-leading specialists and key stakeholders. Purpose and Scope of the Role As a Project Manager within our Residential Development team, you will play a key role in delivering major strategic land and residential development projects from inception through to completion. You will lead the management and administration of infrastructure projects across RIBA Stages 1-6, ensuring delivery to programme, budget and quality expectations. Working closely with clients, consultants, contractors, utility providers and local authorities, you will oversee project planning, procurement, contract administration and project controls while supporting a collaborative, high-performing project environment. Your Impact in this Position You will act as the primary client contact on site, driving the successful delivery of a long-term residential development portfolio. Your expertise will help coordinate complex infrastructure works, manage stakeholder relationships, control risk and change, and ensure projects progress efficiently from design through construction.
