We''re looking for a Project Manager, Senior Project Manager or Associate Project Manager with a strong civil engineering and construction background to lead high-profile residential development schemes from concept through to completion, working alongside industry-leading technical specialists and trusted clients. Purpose and Scope of the Role As part of our Residential Development team, you will lead the successful delivery of strategic land and residential infrastructure projects across RIBA Stages 1-6. Taking ownership of project planning, procurement, contract administration and project controls, you''ll ensure schemes are delivered safely, on programme, within budget and to the highest quality standards. Working collaboratively with clients, consultants, contractors, utility providers and local authorities, you''ll coordinate multidisciplinary teams while managing the technical and commercial aspects of complex infrastructure projects. Your Impact in this Position You''ll be the trusted lead for clients throughout project delivery, providing leadership across complex infrastructure programmes and ensuring projects progress seamlessly from design into construction.
