Engineering Project Manager - Software RandD / Robotics Are you an experienced Engineering Project Manager with a strong background in software development, product RandD, and integrated hardware and software systems? Do you want to take ownership of complex development projects within an innovative robotics company developing cutting-edge autonomous technology for real-world agricultural environments? If so, our client is looking to hire an Engineering Project Manager based in Cambridge, leading the delivery of complex software-driven products across multidisciplinary engineering teams. You will be responsible for coordinating software RandD, hardware integration, product development, and validation, supporting the development of autonomous technology for customers in the UK, Australia, and the USA. Key responsibilities: Lead end-to-end product development projects, from initial requirements and concept development through software RandD, prototyping, system integration, testing, and validation.Develop and manage project plans covering milestones, budgets, resources, dependencies, risks, and critical-path activities.Coordinate cross-functional teams across software development, embedded systems, electronics, mechanical engineering, and systems engineering.Manage project governance, including risks, issues, change control, status reporting, stakeholder communication, and escalation.Work closely with software developers and technical leads to resolve blockers, manage ..... full job details .....
