Full time, permanent. Monday - Friday 8.30am - 5pm. Location: Hybrid working based in our Brighton office, or fully remote for the ideal candidate.About Sampl: Our mission is to help brands ensure that every sample reaches someone with a genuine desire for the product, to accurately target campaigns that deliver tangible results.We help leading brands from Cadbury to Clarins to Estee Lauder engage their audiences through social and online media to create highly targeted product sampling campaigns in Europe, the US and APAC.Our end-to-end product sampling solutions drive loyalty and engagement whilst helping brands acquire rich first party data and product reviews. This is a remote-first role, but with the expectation to meet in our lovely Brighton office once a month.Our team thrives on collaboration, innovation, and delivering great results. We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to help us coordinate our efforts, manage project details, and ensure the smooth delivery of sometimes complex software and commercial projects.The Opportunity

Reporting into the Head of Engineering, as a Project Manager, you will play a vital role in ensuring the successful execution of our platform and commercial software offering. You\''ll work with the senior team to help refine the roadmap, and be instrumental in breaking down complex product features into manageable tasks and user stories, coordinating cross-functional teams, and ensuring projects are delivered on time and to a high standard.The ideal candidate will be highly organised, have experience with software project management tools like Jira, a strong understanding of Agile methodologies, and some marketing knowledge would be beneficial.Responsibilities

Project Coordination: Work closely with developers, designers, and stakeholders to ensure smooth project executionTask and Workflow Management: Break down complex product features into manageable tasks and user storiesCommunication and Collaboration: Act as a bridge between technical and non-technical teams to facilitate clear understanding and collaborationQuality and Delivery Oversight: Ensure timely and high-quality product delivery by providing guidance and clarifications as neededAgile Process Management: Support Agile development processes, ensuring optimal outcomes for the team and companyWhat We\''re Looking For

Proven experience in project management within a software development environmentStrong knowledge of project management tools, such as Jira and ConfluenceExcellent organisational skills with the ability to multitask and manage details efficientlyHands-on and proactive approach - you enjoy problem-solving and getting things doneExcellent communication skills - confident working with different teams across various levels and departments, including internationally. Familiarity with Slack, Google Chat or MS Teams is expected.Ability to work independently and take initiative in a fast-paced environmentTech-savvy with strong working knowledge of MS Office and/or Google SuiteA good sense of humour and a great attitude - we value teamwork and a positive work environmentBenefits
