The Role: We are looking for an energetic construction/demolition Project Manager with a strong delivery background, preferably contractor side, who are comfortable operating in a structured and highly regulated project environment. Main Responsibilities will include but not be limited to: Lead end-to-end infrastructure projects from planning to close-out, ensuring timely and compliant delivery. Manage projects under NEC4 ECC, including Early Warnings, Compensation Events, instructions, programme controls, and change management. Use CEMAR or similar systems to track contractual processes. Project Controls and Programme Management Integrate cost, risk, programme, and reporting for seamless project oversight. Identify critical activities, dependencies, and constraints to drive delivery. Stakeholder and Client Management Act as the primary liaison for clients, supply chain, designers, and consultants. Ensure collaborative yet commercially disciplined working relationships. Leadership and Compliance provide strong leadership and problem-solving to resolve issues proactively. Ensure compliance with nuclear, defence, or highly regulated environments.
