This role is suited to a Project Manager who thrives in complex live environments, understands the realities of city-based infrastructure projects, and has a proven track record delivering large-scale commercial or industrial developments with significant structural and utility elements. What you''ll be delivering: CSA Shell and Core works on a flagship data centre development Major substructure and heavy civil elements Coordination around critical utility and substation interfaces Management of key stakeholder and client relationships Programme, commercial and operational delivery across multiple workstreams Leadership of site teams, subcontractors and design coordination What we''re looking for: Proven Project Manager experience on technically challenging commercial, industrial, mission-critical or infrastructure-led projects Strong understanding of large concrete structures, substructure packages and utility coordination Experience managing projects with significant power, substation or critical services interfaces Ability to navigate the unique challenges of construction in dense urban environments Strong client-facing skills with a ..... full job details .....
