Project Manager

Reginald Gray is partnered with a longstanding client to identify a Project Manager to join an established yet growing contractor based in Oxfordshire. With an annual turnover of circa 30 million, the business delivers a diverse portfolio of new build and refurbishment projects across the heritage, hospitality, leisure and commercial sectors. Typical project values range from 2m to 20m, with work secured through a strong pipeline of repeat business and longstanding client relationships. This is a genuine multiple site management opportunity, offering a high level of autonomy. You''ll take strategic responsibility for the successful delivery of several projects across Oxfordshire, leading Site Managers and Foremen while ensuring projects are delivered safely, on programme, within budget and to the high standards the business is known for. Reporting directly to the Construction Manager, you''ll play an important role in the continued growth of the business, helping to shape project delivery and support the development of operational teams as the company continues to expand. Key Responsibilities Oversee the delivery of multiple live construction projects across Oxfordshire. Lead and support Site Managers and Foremen, providing direction, mentoring and ensuring consistent project performance.
