Project Manager

Well-established family owned-construction-company specialising in-the delivery of-high-quality public-sector projects across-a range of-sectors, including education, healthcare, local authority, and community buildings require two project managers to join their expanding team

Projects typically-range in value-from500K to3 million and typically cover London and the South-East

The Role

As Project Manager, you will take-full responsibility for-managing construction projects-from pre-construction through to-completion and handover. Working closely with-clients, consultants, subcontractors, and site-teams, you will ensure-projects are delivered-safely, efficiently, and-to the highest-standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, programme and-coordinate all aspects-of project delivery.
• Lead project teams-to achieve programme, quality and-financial objectives.
• Build and maintain-strong relationships with-public sector-clients, consultants and-supply chain partners.
• Monitor project progress, identifying-risks and implementing-mitigation strategies.
• Ensure compliance with-health and safety-legislation and company-procedures.
• Coordinate subcontractors-and-suppliers to ensure-efficient delivery.
• Attend client meetings-and provide regular-project updates.
• Oversee quality assurance, snagging, commissioning-and final handover.

The successful candidate-will have:

• Proven experience as-a Project Manager-within the-construction industry.
• Experience delivering public-sector projects.
• A strong understanding-of JCT contracts-and construction project-management.
• Excellent leadership, communication-and organisational skills.
• A full UK-driving-licence.
