Project Manager - Estates and Capital Projects Tadworth, Surrey 30 Hours per Week £41,999 per annum (£33,599 pro rata) Are you an experienced Project Manager looking for a meaningful role where your work will directly support children and young people? We are seeking a proactive and organised Project Manager to lead a variety of estates and capital projects, from building improvements and refurbishments through to policy development and compliance initiatives. Reporting to the Head of Estates and Health and Safety, you will oversee projects from conception to completion, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and in line with health, safety and safeguarding requirements. Key Responsibilities Manage capital and small works projects across the estate. Define project scope, specifications, budgets and delivery timescales. Coordinate contractors, consultants and stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle. Monitor project budgets, risks and performance outcomes. Ensure compliance with health and safety, CDM regulations and statutory requirements. Manage contractor vetting, inductions and performance. Maintain project documentation, risk registers and governance records. Line manage and support an Associate Project Manager. About You Previous experience managing construction, refurbishment or estates-related projects. Strong budgeting, contractor management and stakeholder engagement skills.
