Northern Ireland Assembly - Facilities Project Manager Location: Parliament Buildings, Stormont Hours: 37 hours per week (5 days) Salary: 22.89 per hourAbout the Role The Northern Ireland Assembly is seeking a motivated and experienced Facilities Project Manager to support the delivery of facilities and building-related projects across the Assembly estate. Reporting to the Head of Facilities Management, you will be responsible for managing projects from initiation through to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget and to the highest quality standards. A key aspect of the role will be overseeing financial management, budget monitoring, forecasting and ensuring value for money across a diverse range of facilities projects. This is an exciting opportunity for an individual with strong project management, financial and stakeholder management experience who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment.Key Responsibilities Delivering high quality facilities and project management services to a wide range of internal and external stakeholders by developing a strong customer focused approach within your team. Assisting with the development, management and monitoring of the policies and procedures of the Business area. Managing the delivery of multiple facilities related projects simultaneously, ensuring adherence to agreed scope, programme, budget and quality requirements.
