Project Manager - Quantity Surveyor

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager / Quantity Surveyor (PM/QS) to join our team in London. This is a combined project delivery and commercial role suited to an experienced construction professional who can take responsibility for both the operational and financial management of projects from inception through to completion and final account. Key Responsibilities Project Management and Delivery Manage construction projects from inception through to successful completion and handover. Plan, coordinate and oversee day-to-day project operations to ensure programme, budget and quality objectives are achieved. Manage and coordinate site teams, consultants, suppliers and specialist subcontractors. Monitor project progress against programme and take corrective action where required. Attend and lead project and progress meetings with clients, consultants, subcontractors and internal teams. Commercial and Cost Management Take responsibility for the commercial and financial performance of assigned projects. Prepare and manage project budgets, detailed cost estimates and cost plans. Monitor project expenditure against approved budgets and identify potential cost overruns at an early stage. Prepare cash-flow forecasts, cost-value reconciliations and regular commercial reports. Identify commercial risks and opportunities and implement appropriate mitigation measures.
