Project ManagerCommercial Fit Out and MEP ProjectsLocation: Central London (Site Based as Required) Salary: Competitive and Negotiable + Package (DOE) Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent Start Date: ImmediateAbout the RoleWe are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Project Manager to join a growing and successful commercial fit-out contractor delivering high-quality workplace, CAT A, CAT B, refurbishment and MEP installation projects across Central London.The successful candidate will be a self-sufficient Project Manager capable of taking full ownership of projects from pre-construction, through to completion and handover. You will have a proven track record of managing fast-track commercial fit-out projects valued up to £10 million and be comfortable leading both internal teams and specialist subcontractors whilst maintaining excellent client relationships.This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced fit-out professional looking to join a dynamic business with a strong pipeline of work and an immediate requirement for project leadership.Key Responsibilities Lead and manage commercial fit-out and MEP projects from inception through to completion.Oversee all pre-construction activities including surveys, planning, procurement and PTIs.Manage project programmes to ensure successful delivery within budget and timescales.Coordinate design, construction, commissioning and handover activities.Develop and maintain strong working relationships with clients, consultants, ..... full job details .....
