PSR Solutions are working with a reputable Civils contractor in London who are looking for a Cut and Carve Project Manager.We are looking for an experienced, highly organised and commercially minded Cut and Carve Project Manager to lead the successful delivery of cut-and-carve projects across London.This is a hands-on project management role, responsible for taking projects from initial scope and planning through to completion and handover. You will coordinate clients, designers, consultants, contractors, suppliers and site teams to ensure every project is delivered safely, on time, within budget and to the required quality standard.Key ResponsibilitiesProject ManagementTake overall responsibility for the planning, coordination and delivery of cut-and-carve projects.Manage projects from pre-construction and mobilisation through to practical completion and handover.Develop and maintain detailed project programmes, identifying key milestones, dependencies and critical paths.Coordinate multiple projects and site activities simultaneously.Monitor progress against programme, budget, quality and client requirements.Identify project risks and implement effective mitigation strategies.Ensure project documentation, records, reports and trackers are maintained accurately.Site and Construction CoordinationWork closely with site managers, engineers, subcontractors and specialist contractors to coordinate daily activities.Ensure works are properly planned and sequenced, particularly ..... full job details .....
