Job Title: Project Manager - Pensions Operations Job Type: Permanent Location: Central London Working Arrangement: Hybrid - 3 days on-site per week Salary: Up to £115,000 + bonus andamp; benefits The Role: Lead the full project delivery life cycle from initiation through to implementation and handover. Manage key stakeholder relationships, ensuring expectations are understood and effectively managed. Provide regular project status reporting and governance updates to the PMO. Define project objectives, target operating models, and delivery outcomes. Identify, manage, and escalate project risks and issues when required. Develop and maintain detailed project plans, milestones, resource requirements, and delivery schedules. Coordinate internal teams and external vendors across multiple workstreams to ensure successful delivery. What We re Looking For: Proven experience managing complex projects within Pensions Operations environments. Knowledge of the UK regulatory landscape, including PRA and FCA requirements.
