About the Role
AA Euro Recruitment UK seeks a Project Manager for an Irish Civils Contractor on large-scale infrastructure projects in Slough. This contract, full-time role offers a daily rate of £360-£410. The Project Manager will oversee the successful delivery of civil, drainage, and groundworks packages, managing site operations to meet safety, quality, programme, and commercial standards. Responsibilities include leading the site team and ensuring efficient, compliant project completion. Candidates must possess over five years of relevant experience, a full UK driving licence, and full UK working rights. This long-term CIS position is based in the Slough and West London area.
AA Euro Group are currently seeking an experienced Project Manager on behalf of an Irish Civils Contractor working on Large Scale Infrastructure Projects around West London/ Slough area. The Project Manager will be responsible for the successful delivery of civil, drainage and groundworks packages across large-scale infrastructure projects. The Project Manager will oversee site operations, ensuring works are completed safely, efficiently, and to the required quality, programme, and commercial standards.
This is a long-term CIS position, 5+ Years experience in a similar position is essential.
Full UK driving license & full right to work in the UK are also essential for this role.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the delivery of civil, drainage, groundworks, and associated packages
- Lead site teams including Engineers, Supervisors, and Operatives
- Plan and coordinate daily and weekly site activities
- Manage labour, plant, materials, and resources
- Monitor progress against project programmes and deadlines
- Ensure works are completed in line with drawings, specifications, and quality requirements
- Review and manage RAMS, permits, inspections, and quality documentation
- Oversee excavation, drainage installation, earthworks, ducting, chambers, and reinstatement works
- Resolve technical and operational issues on site
- Liaise with client representatives and principal contractor site teams
- Attend progress meetings and provide project updates
- Maintain high standards of health, safety, environmental, and quality compliance
- Support project reporting, variations, and commercial requirements
Qualifications
- SMSTS
- CSCS
- HNC/HND/Degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management preferred
- Temporary Works Coordinator desirable
