Project Manager

Our Water company client is seeking an experienced Project Manager with NEC 3/4 experience to lead on major capital delivery projects in the Water sector based out of Peterborough with hybrid working.The role will lead the contract management, administration and assurance of NEC3/NEC4 contracts across major infrastructure and construction projects. Managing a portfolio of projects valued between 500k and 15m, you will work closely with delivery teams, supply chain partners and stakeholders to ensure effective contract governance, compliance, collaboration and project success.The role can be based out of Peterborough or Norwich hubs with hybrid working (2 or 3 days expected in office or on site)ResponsibilitiesAct as the ECC Project Manager for NEC3/NEC4 contracts, ensuring effective contract administration, governance and compliance.Manage and support a portfolio of projects ranging from 500k to 15m.Lead contract management activities including change control, Early Warnings, Risk Reduction Meetings and compensation event processes.Provide commercial and contractual support to delivery teams, ensuring obligations are met across Tier 1 and Tier 2 supply chain partners.Support dispute avoidance and resolution, maintaining strong collaborative relationships with stakeholders.Deliver contract assurance activities including final account reviews, contract audits, cost validation, defect management and compliance reporting.Produce performance reports and project insights, ..... full job details .....
