Are you a Project Manager with experience delivering customer onboarding / mobilisation projects, looking for a role where you''ll be trusted to run end-to-end implementations and develop your capability through on-the-job training and supported professional qualifications?

On offer is a fantastic opportunity to join a well-established, fast-growing specialist business, taking ownership of customer onboarding projects from contract award through to successful operational handover, working closely with deployment, service delivery, sales and key account teams.

This is a 9 month fixed term contract opportunity.

This company are known for delivering high-quality industrial solutions across thousands of customer sites, and as a result of continued growth they are now looking to strengthen their project delivery capability to support upcoming deployments and ensure customers are operational and supported from day one.

In this role you will plan, coordinate and deliver multiple implementation projects, defining scope and milestones, building project plans, managing budgets and risks, chairing stakeholder meetings, and acting as the primary point of contact for customers throughout delivery.

This role would suit a Project Manager with onboarding / implementation experience in an equipment-led environment, looking for responsibility, variety, and the chance to develop and be recognised for delivering projects safely, on time and within budget.

The Role:

• Lead customer onboarding / implementation projects from contract award to operational handover
• Manage scope, milestones, project plans, budgets, risks, issues and dependencies
• Coordinate internal teams to schedule equipment, personnel and resources effectively
• Chair project meetings and provide clear progress reporting to customers and stakeholders
• 9-month fixed-term contract, on-site role, 40 hours per week

The Person:

• Project management qualification or equivalent project delivery experience
• Background delivering customer onboarding, mobilisation or implementation projects (ideally within an equipment environment)
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills across multiple disciplines
