Project Manager

Overview: We are recruiting an experienced Project Manager to lead the delivery of a major water infrastructure scheme in London for a Tier One contractor. The project involves complex civil engineering works, including bridge and sewer remediation, with challenging interfaces around operational rail infrastructure. This is an excellent opportunity for a Project Manager from a heavy civils, rail, water or utilities background to take ownership of a technically demanding project from design development through to completion. The successful Project Manager will oversee programme, commercial performance, design coordination and site delivery, ensuring the highest standards of safety and quality. Key Responsibilities: Lead the safe delivery of complex civil engineering works, ensuring projects are completed on programme, within budget and to the required quality standards. Manage the full project lifecycle, from design development and procurement through construction, completion and handover. Develop and maintain Primavera P6 programmes, short-term look-ahead plans and resource forecasts. Monitor project costs, financial forecasts and commercial performance, managing contractual matters and change under NEC3/NEC4. Coordinate design development, temporary works, site investigations, bespoke materials and specialist subcontractors to deliver practical, cost-effective solutions.
