Deliver multiple projects (£40k-£3M) from tender to completionManage tenders and contractor performanceEnsure CDM and health and safety complianceLiaise with internal teams and resolve site issuesWork closely with client to ensure best valueForecast budgets and deliver accurate reportMaintain governance and drive continuous improvementManage site teams and sub contractorsPerson specification
