Project Manager - High-End Residential

We''re working with a fast-growing residential design & build company in South West London, known for delivering high-quality refurbishments across London. With multiple projects running at once (typically -500k3m), they''re looking for an experienced Project Manager to take charge, drive delivery, and be the key link between directors, clients, and site teams.

Location: Office - Victoria | Sites - Central, West & North London
Salary: -65,000 - -75,000 per annum
Start date: ASAP

• Variety - oversee multiple high-spec residential projects at once.

• Responsibility - lead the delivery from pre-construction through to handover.

• Experience as a Project Manager within residential construction (contractor or design & build background).

• Strong organisational skills and the ability to run multiple projects simultaneously.
