Project Manager

Kennet Solutions have a requirement for a Project Manager to work for a Civil-Engineering contractor in London.This person would be working on individual schemes will value up to 5m, looking after 2-4 people on site. Work is all multi-utility/drainage related schemes.What is required: Previous experience in design/ commercial/ leading project team Degree/HNC in Civil Engineering, or equivalent Good working knowledge of contract conditions, CDM regulations, Design Management, Programme and Risk Management, and cost control including forecasting, actual cost, and value reporting. Ability to use Primavera P6 software or equivalent Excellent communication, people, and team management skills, with the ability to influence, motivate and mentor Ability to challenge designs and resolve problems to a conclusion Ability to manage and deliver a successful project with minimal guidance ..... full job details .....
