Projects Manager Bespoke Joinery and Cabinetry Location: Thame, Oxfordshire Salary: £55,000 £70,000 depending on experience Full-time, permanent Aldem is recruiting an experienced Projects Manager for an established specialist in bespoke joinery and cabinetry for the luxury residential market. This is an opportunity to take a senior role within a skilled team, managing high-quality projects and working closely with main contractors, architects and interior designers. Reporting to the Managing Director, you ll oversee multiple live projects from order acceptance through design, manufacture and finishing to installation and handover. Alongside project delivery, you ll take responsibility for commercial performance and JCT contract administration. The role Manage project programmes, budgets and resources, keeping work on schedule and within budget. Coordinate design approvals, procurement, manufacture, finishing and installation. Act as the main contact for clients, contractors, architects and interior designers. Work closely with design, production, finishing and finance teams to resolve issues and maintain progress. Plan site installations, including surveys, access, logistics, resourcing and health and safety documentation. Manage JCT contract obligations, payment applications, valuations and variations.
