Your new company One of the UK''s largest construction, infrastructure and facilities management companies.Your new role We are recruiting an experienced Project Manager to lead a significant asset data and PFI hand back readiness programme across two large secondary schools in the London Borough of Bexley.Working within an established Facilities Management contract, you will lead the collection, validation and management of asset information and contractual documentation. You will ensure the contract is fully prepared for a compliant and successful hand back at the end of the concession period. This is a highly visible position requiring strong Facilities Management asset knowledge, excellent stakeholder management skills and the ability to coordinate clients, operational teams, contractors and specialist consultants.Key Responsibilities Lead the asset data quality improvement programme across both school sites. Develop and maintain the project plan for PFI hand back readiness. Coordinate the collection and validation of asset registers, room data sheets, fire strategy information, life cycle records, compliance documentation and contractual records. Review and update hand back documentation to ensure it meets contractual and client requirements. Establish effective trackers, governance arrangements and reporting processes.
