Project Manager

Delivery Manager | Heathrow Airport | Major Infrastructure Project

We are looking for an experienced Delivery Manager to join a major multi-storey car park refurbishment project at Heathrow Airport.

The project will involve a range of specialist refurbishment and structural packages, including:

• Structural repairs
• Concrete repair/remediation
• New waterproofing/membrane systems
• Façade replacement
• Management of multiple subcontractors and work packages
• Delivery within a live, operational environment

We’re looking for someone with:

• Strong experience as a Delivery Manager, Project Manager, Senior Agent or Construction Manager
• Experience delivering structural, refurbishment or remediation projects
• Knowledge of façades, membranes/waterproofing and structural repairs
• Strong subcontractor and package management experience
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Airport/Heathrow experience beneficial but not essential
