Project Manager

Your new company We are seeking an experienced Project Manager for a large manufacturer in the Norwich area. This well-established business has a new requirement for a skilled project manager to support new business proposals, plan resources and ensure projects are completed and delivered on time. An engineering background and manufacturing production experience is essential.Your new role You will plan and organise resources, identify and resolve issues and ensure projects are completed on time, within budget and to business requirements. Take ownership of the project from receipt of tender file from Sales staff through to project completion and act as the main focal point for all communication between the customer and operations.Proactively monitor project progress, involving liaison with all stakeholders and ensuring all order entry forms and business systems entries are accurate, involving identifying and correcting any errors.You will generate project programmes based on Manufacturing / Engineering information, monitor progress against the programme and report on progress in a timely manner and to the customers'' requirements.Organise and attend customer meetings as required, including for the purpose of reviewing progress and witness testing and resolve any contractual disputes that may arise with the customer.
