Eden Brown is delighted to be supporting a leading construction and project management consultancy in the search for a Project Manager to join a major public sector delivery programme in Norfolk.
This is an excellent opportunity to work on a high-profile estate expansion project involving the construction of new facilities alongside the refurbishment and upgrade of existing assets. The successful candidate will play a key role in delivering the project from inception through to completion, working within a multi-disciplinary team and engaging closely with client stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and support project delivery throughout the full project lifecycle.
- Develop and manage project plans, programmes and reporting requirements.
- Ensure projects are delivered to agreed time, cost and quality objectives.
- Coordinate consultants, contractors and key stakeholders.
- Support project governance, assurance and risk management processes.
- Administer contracts and manage project delivery under NEC forms of contract.
- Build effective client relationships and act as a trusted advisor throughout delivery.
About You
- Experience delivering construction, property, estates or infrastructure projects.
- Strong project management background within consultancy, client-side or contractor environments.
- Previous public sector project experience is highly desirable.
- Knowledge of NEC contracts and contract administration.
- Commercially aware with strong stakeholder management skills.
- Able to work as part of a large, multi-disciplinary project team.
- Understanding of sustainability and carbon reduction considerations within project delivery.
