Project Manager - Insurance / London MarketLocation: London / HybridSalary: £73,000We''re working with a growing business within the insurance market that is looking to hire an experienced Project Manager to take ownership of a range of projects focused on business change, process improvement and the implementation of new solutions.This is a varied role where you''ll be responsible for managing projects from initial scoping and planning through to delivery and close-out, working closely with stakeholders across the business to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget and to the required standard.The role will involve: Managing projects from initiation through to completion, including budgets, resources, timelines and delivery plans. Working with stakeholders to agree project objectives, approach and deliverables. Identifying and managing project risks, issues and dependencies. Developing and maintaining project plans, including quality, risk and communication plans. Monitoring progress against agreed timelines, budgets and resource requirements, taking action where necessary. Managing change requests and ensuring these are appropriately assessed and documented. Providing regular project updates to senior management and key stakeholders. Ensuring projects are delivered to the required quality standards and formally closed with lessons learned captured.
