Project Manager

GVR Solutions are working with a well-established specialist drylining and facades contractor with an excellent reputation for delivering high-quality projects across the construction sector. Following a significant period of growth and the recent award of a large volume of external remediation work, they are looking to strengthen their team with an experienced Facades Project Manager. This is an excellent opportunity for a Project Manager with a strong external envelope/remediation background to join a growing business and play a key role in delivering a substantial pipeline of projects. Key Responsibilities of the Project Manager: Manage external remediation projects from mobilisation through to completion and handover. Take overall responsibility for project programme, budget, quality and delivery. Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers and site teams. Manage procurement, materials and labour requirements. Monitor project progress against agreed programmes and budgets. Lead regular progress meetings with clients, consultants and stakeholders. Identify and manage project risks, variations and commercial opportunities. Ensure all works are delivered in accordance with specifications, relevant regulations and quality standards. Maintain strong relationships with clients and the wider project team. Ensure robust health, safety and environmental standards are maintained throughout the project lifecycle.
