Project Manager
Job Title: Project ManagerLocation: Bedfordshire The Facilities department is hiring a motivated Construction Project Manager to manage a new industrial construction project at the site. The successful candidate will work within the Facilities project team and act as the primary contact to the consultant and contractor to ensure the project is delivered to the high standards and times scale provided. We are looking for a collaborative and knowledgeable individual to work client side to effectively manage the flow of information and the project budget, timescale, and any variations in scope. Key Responsibilities Engage and collaborate with all stakeholders for the projectManage and administrate the contractor, consultant client meetingsEnsuring each stage of the project happens on time, on budget and to a high standardRecords, monitors, and reports progress regularly to the wider facilities team and LMUK Ampthill Project teamChecks the construction activities meet the accepted briefReview, challenge and or accept contractor invoices based on work completedDeal with any unexpected problems that may occur during the project or escalates to wider team I am keen to get this position filled ASAP, so if you feel you have the skills and desire to provide passion and drive as the next Project Manager in my team, this is the opportunity for you!
