Project Manager - Water Infrastructure Leatherhead, Surrey Contract Up to £475 per day Outside IR35 (Subject to Determination) 12 Months+This is a significant water infrastructure programme, and the delivery team needs an experienced Project Manager who can hit the ground running, manage complexity without losing momentum, and build strong relationships with a client that expects high standards and consistent performance.Delivery at its best. A structured programme, a well-resourced team, and the kind of work that rewards a PM who genuinely knows their craft.What you will be taking onFull project delivery responsibility across a range of water infrastructure schemes in the Surrey area.You will: Manage budgetsDrive programmeLead your site teamCoordinate with the supply chain All while ensuring the client receives the standard of delivery they expect on a long-term strategic framework. Schemes range in size and type: treatment works upgrades, network infrastructure, pumping stations, and civils packages, and you will be expected to adapt quickly and lead effectively across all of them.Commercially, you will take ownership of NEC contract administration, including compensation events, early warnings, and cost reporting. You will work closely with your commercial team and report into a Senior Project Manager or Contracts Manager, but this is not a role for someone who needs close supervision.
