Project Manager

We''re working with a growing construction and fire protection business that is looking to appoint a Project Manager to oversee a portfolio of projects across Sussex. This is a varied Project Manager role where you''ll split your time between visiting sites, managing operatives, liaising with clients and handling the administration needed to keep projects compliant, on schedule and running efficiently. You''ll take ownership of multiple live projects, ensuring works are delivered safely, on time and to a high standard. As a Project Manager, your key responsibilities will include: Managing labour, subcontractors and site-based teams Coordinating works across multiple projects Building and maintaining strong client relationships Conducting regular site visits and progress reviews Managing project documentation and compliance records Overseeing health and safety requirements Processing timesheets and workforce information Organising materials and resources Identifying and resolving issues before they impact delivery Ensuring projects remain on programme and within budget Requirements for the Project Manager: We''re open to speaking with candidates from a range of construction backgrounds.
