Full-time position, reporting to the Head of Project ManagementBased in South Cambridgeshire, with hybrid working (minimum 3 days in the office)Occasional UK and international travel to support project delivery or business developmentKey Responsibilities
Lead the end-to-end delivery of software-led technical projects across diverse industriesCollaborate with engineering and commercial teams to scope, estimate, and shape project proposalsManage project scope, schedule, budget, and risks, using structured PM methodologiesFoster strong client relationships and ensure clear communication at all levelsDrive motivation and performance across cross-functional teamsApply Agile methodologies, Work Breakdown Structures (WBS), and Microsoft Project planningChampion software development best practices and continuous improvementEnsure rigorous governance, reporting, and quality standards throughout the project lifecycleAbout You
