Our client, a civil engineering & earthworks contractor is looking to recruit an experienced Project Manager to join their expanding team to work on projects throughout the North West. Project value ranges from -2m to -10m working across civil engineering, earthworks and remediation projects both as main contractor and sub-contractor.

Project Manager Responsibilities:

• Responsible for full project management life cycle
• Early contractor involvement
• Early client engagement
• Creation and management of budgets
• All project costings
• Construction phase planning
• Programming works short and long term
• Procurement
• Labour & Plant
• Management of subcontractors
• Health & Safety
• Quality
• Liaison with the client and stakeholders
• Weekly update meetings with operations director

Project Manager Requirements:

• Relevant industry qualification (HND/HNC/BEng or equivalent)
• Civil Engineering & Earthworks
• Experienced project manager involved with early engagement, programming, budgeting, costings etc
• Excellent communication, people and team management skills
