Lead multi-disciplinary teams across engineering, commercial, and site operations. Act as the main client contact, driving collaboration while protecting commercial interests. Oversee NEC contracts, change control, and margin management. Champion safety, compliance, and quality assurance across all project stages. Drive innovation through digital tools and off-site delivery methods. Manage programmes, risks, and recovery plans to maintain delivery performance.
