Project Manager

A growing consultancy based in Liverpool is seeking a motivated Project Manager with construction consultancy experience to join its dynamic team. This role is ideal for a Project Manager who enjoys working across a diverse portfolio of education, healthcare and commercial projects within the Merseyside area.

The successful Project Manager will gain exposure to full project lifecycles while being supported toward chartership. This is a fantastic opportunity for a Project Manager ready to take the next step in their career within a supportive and professional environment.

The Project Manager will be responsible for managing programmes, budgets and client relationships. You will lead meetings, monitor progress and ensure all parties are aligned with the agreed project goals.

• Construction-related degree (e.g. Construction Management, Civil Engineering)

• 3+ years'' experience in a consultancy environment

• Ideally working towards MRICS, MCIOB or MAPM

• Familiar with NEC and JCT contracts

• Ability to manage multiple small to mid-sized projects concurrently

• -45,000 - -55,000 per annum
