Project Manager Location: Tayside, ScotlandSalary: £65,000 £80,000 + car allowanceThe Opportunity An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Project Manager to join a growing construction team delivering projects across Tayside.This role would suit a commercially minded Project Manager with strong site-based experience and a background in delivering a varied portfolio of construction projects. Experience across commercial developments, student accommodation and some residential housing would be particularly desirable.The successful candidate will play a key role in overseeing projects from planning through to completion, ensuring they are delivered safely, efficiently, on programme and within budget.The Role As Project Manager, your responsibilities will include: Managing construction projects from inception through to completion. Overseeing day-to-day site operations, ensuring works are delivered to the required quality, programme and budget. Coordinating subcontractors, consultants, suppliers and internal teams. Monitoring project progress, identifying potential risks and implementing effective solutions. Managing project costs, commercial performance and reporting. Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations and relevant quality standards. Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and project stakeholders.
