Location: Tayside, Scotland
Salary: £65,000–£80,000 + car allowance

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Project Manager to join a growing construction team delivering projects across Tayside.

This role would suit a commercially minded Project Manager with strong site-based experience and a background in delivering a varied portfolio of construction projects. Experience across commercial developments, student accommodation and some residential housing would be particularly desirable.

The successful candidate will play a key role in overseeing projects from planning through to completion, ensuring they are delivered safely, efficiently, on programme and within budget.

As Project Manager, your responsibilities will include:

• Managing construction projects from inception through to completion.

• Overseeing day-to-day site operations, ensuring works are delivered to the required quality, programme and budget.

• Coordinating subcontractors, consultants, suppliers and internal teams.

• Monitoring project progress, identifying potential risks and implementing effective solutions.

• Managing project costs, commercial performance and reporting.

• Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations and relevant quality standards.

• Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and project stakeholders.

• Driving high standards of workmanship, communication and project delivery.

We are looking for a proactive and experienced Project Manager who can take ownership of projects and confidently manage the demands of a busy construction environment.

Ideally, you will have:

• Proven experience as a Project Manager within the construction industry.

• Experience delivering commercial projects, student accommodation and/or residential housing developments.

• Strong site-based project management experience.

• A good understanding of construction programmes, budgets, subcontractor management and project delivery.

• Excellent organisational, communication and leadership skills.

• The ability to manage multiple priorities and resolve issues effectively.

• A hands-on approach, with a strong focus on quality, safety and successful project outcomes.

Candidates with a strong commercial construction background and experience managing projects predominantly on site are particularly encouraged to apply.

• Salary: £65,000–£80,000, depending on experience and suitability.

• Car allowance: £6,000–£6,500 per annum.

• Pension: Employer pension contributions of 9–10%, following the initial three-month period, alongside employee contributions.
